  • To echo the other positive reviews....I'm really shocked at the negativity re roadrunner. I have had nothing but awesome dealings with them. My kitty Cole is on thyroid medication for the rest of his life. He won't eat the pills so my vet suggested compounding. I did my research and when the medication is compounded correctly by a qualified pharmacy and applied to the ear the efficacy is virtually the same as the pill. Anywho.....I called roadrunner and set up my account and that's it. They contacted my vet for the dosage and sent me my medicine quickly. Customer service has always been friendly and I honestly have zero complaints. My kitty's thyroid levels are good now and he is happy as a clam. I have been using roadrunner for at least a year, or approximately four refills.
