  • I'm so confused about the rave reviews for this place, I don't know if it was what I ordered, but I thought it was average at best. Not bad, just kind of.. well, bland. The servings are good ( I got the 3 piece and coleslaw feeling especially hungry and couldn't finish it.. or maybe it was the grease overload). I found the batter to be almost completely flavorless aside from a bit of sweet aftertaste, too thick, definitely not southern fried chicken. The coleslaw gets a firm 1.5-2 stars.. I had 2 bites and tossed it.. mushy and flavorless. It's too bad, I've been wanting to try this place for a while, maybe the chicken/waffle combos are better? Who know's I doubt I'll go back to find out.
