  • The only reason I'm updating my review is because we got in contact with the supervising management company, AMC LLC, and had a MUCH better experience. If I could give AMC LLC 5 stars and stick to 1 star for Crystal Creek I would!!! The supervising management team was way more pleasant and understanding. They took the time to listen and try to fix what Crystal Creek had done. My advice to anyone living here, or thinking about living here, would be to contact AMC if you are experiencing problems with Crystal Creek's management. You will see your problems get resolved in a much better manner.
