  • I don't expect too much from this Sephora as its in one of the busiest malls in Toronto and I'm always there when it's busy af like right after school and work. As a result, I go in there with my product list already saved in my phone's notepad, get what I want and then get the hell out of there. It's literally a zoo! Other Sephora locations like the one at Yorkdale and Ellington are definitely more chill and have better service but it is a bit of a journey for me to get there. The friendliest people in this Sephora are the cashiers lol. The staff are always helping out the little white chicks so yeah I guess I'm not really seen by them lol but that's ok I'm a customer too and spending my hard-earned money just like everyone else :). Lol no shade no shade haha ;D. So where the Fenty Beauty at?! Ahaha no like for real I drop just as much money in this store as everyone else but ok its cool, privilege is cool :). Most of the time I go, nobody helps me but that's fine as I usually have done my research online and watch youtube reviews on products before I buy them. So yeah I know what I'm spending my money on and not just spending on a whim. If I want to ask questions and receive proper service I will just go to the other Sephora branches where the environments are more chill. This is just a dip in and go kind of place. I understand that many people find Sephora's employees on the whole seem to be a bit rude but tbh being around a bunch of females 24/7 would definitely drive anyone crazy so props to them lol. I like the free stuff, sales, deals and benefits you get from being a VIB Rouge. It's the best!! I'm in love with the skincare products. I don't mind spending more money on the skincare items as they're very luxurious and usually good quality. Not as chemically and harsh compared to drugstore but really depends on the brand of course.
