If I could put a zero for a rating I would. This airline is absolutely horrible. My husband and I used them for our honeymoon flight and long story short they cancelled our flight home without our knowledge. Our flight to cancun was cancelled due to a maintenance error and we had to wait a total of 6 hours to get a new flight with another airline. So arriving at the airport at midnight and not checking in til 0600 was pretty pathetic.
After finally arriving to cancun we went on with our week and fast forward to the following Saturday when we never got any kind of confirmation about our return flight as you would the day or so before BUT we knew our flight schedule as we printed it prior to leaving our house, but we decided to further check it out and go print our tickets only to find out they canceled our flight home. My husband sat on the phone with them for over an hour and a half arguing telling them that this was their fault and they didn't inform us we had to purchase a new ticket home. They were pretty much calling my husband a liar saying that we were a no show for the flight to cancun and that the flight took off. Which we were told it didn't and that's why we waited an additional 4 hours.
The lady who switched us flights never told us about the cancelled flight, nor made any kind of comments into the system. Keep in mind we paid for everything up front months before this trip so in order to make it home on time and back to work the following day we had to purchase new plane tickets which was $850 on top of what we already paid. We are currently waiting on a response and all the customer service people continue to say is allow 21 business days in which it's been well over that.
This airline is honestly a piece of crap and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, they don't step up and take action for their wrong doings.
