  • DO NOT BUY HERE. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Just about everything that could have gone wrong with buying our car here went wrong. Once we purchased the car, we realized that there was $3k PLUS worth of extra items being applied to our bottom line that we either not informed about OR told them NOT to apply to our car but they did anyway. Once we brought this to the dealership's attention, they offered to refund about $3k and apply the amount to the principal on our balance. We were appreciative and waited the 6 to 8 weeks they informed us it would take for the bank to receive the money. We are currently on week 9 and NO money has been applied AND no one will return our calls. We were told a few days ago by the accountant Juan that we could call him on Monday between 11-12 and he would inform us about the status of our money. We've called him a number of times and no one is picking up. No one is returning our calls. But they have $3k of our money! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. MARK KIA - MAKE THIS RIGHT.
