  • I was involved in a car accident just about 3 weeks ago. After the initial shock of what occurred I really wasn't looking forward to dealing with everything else that comes along with the aftermath... Particularly dealing with a body shop. To be honest, I was preparing myself for a bad ride. Being a girl, not something I was looking forward to... I drive a Mercedes-Benz, it's a lease actually so I have to get any body repairs done by a Certified Mercedes-Benz body shop. New Look Collision is not only Mercedes-Benz Certified, they really took the experience to the next level. From the first call I made, Kayla was so friendly and explained everything from the get-go. I was consistently updated throughout the entire process (what other body shop does that?) Derek was always 2 steps ahead, communicating with me even before I had a chance to wonder what was going on. To boot, my car was done in 18 days for just about 6k in front-end body work. Quicker than the last time I took it to MB for a recall! (31 days) No joke!!! I mean-wow... When it was time to pick up my car, Derek walked me out, explained what they did and answered all of my questions. My car was perfect and... they had it detailed for me, like new. He saw a little smudge all the way at the bottom by the tire and offered to grab a towel to wipe it down. I mean, talk about service!!! After I took my car home, I got a call from the GM to make sure I was completely happy with my experience. Another example of exemplary customer service. New Look Collision is family owned and it shows that they genuinely care. That's what makes ALL the difference!! Flawless in every way. New Look Collision is the only collision center I'll ever trust with my cars!!
