The Aloft might be the literal definition of "fine." Everything about it is average (ok the employees are very nice but it is the hotel industry). The room is very spartan -- grey colored with a small desk. The bed is serviceable -- it's on the firmer side, but hey some people like that. The toiletries are just 2-n-1 shampoo/conditioner dispensers and a bath soap dispenser, so you might want to get real stuff at the CVS downstairs.
The gym is pretty small, but also no one is ever in it, and there's a small (paid) laundry room on the 15th floor if you really need to wash anything yourself.
Try to get a room away from the EpiCentre because it can get pretty loud (and bright) and night. They do give you in room ear plugs to help out.
I do like that they have keyless entry -- probably the biggest plus factor.
