  • I couldn't get a follow up appt with this clinic during a reasonable time for weeks after my dogs emergency surgery. And then after dropping thousands of dollars to take care of my dog and save his life they're chewing me out about how I am not taking care of my dog right because I didn't get him in for an appointment sooner. Maybe if your scheduling personnel gave more flexible hours to make appointments I might've been able to get him in sooner. I respect that this clinic cares about the animals but people are also important and should be treated with respect. A clinic should never be judging or chewng out a customer when pet owners are doing the best we can to take care of our animals! I will never be back to this clinic! For the sweet lady with the face piercing and small voice, you were just fine. My upset had nothing to do with you and I'm sorry I let my frustration come out on you on the way out the door. The white haired vet was extremely inappropriate and I acted out of frustration at her. Thank you.
