  • I stopped in based on the yelp reviews after hearing that my SW flight got delayed 2 hours. Traci agreed to take me even though I had no appt and I think that I might have interrupted her lunch. She gave me a great haircut and also some awesome advice on things to do in the Phx area as i come here for biz regularly but now I have some cool things to do with my family if i drag them along. She really took her time and I didn't I feel like she was rushing to wrap up. The hot towel neck message just about made me melt and I had to restrain myself from smiling like a cheshire cat. I normally don't care much about shampoo as a guy - but the smell was really relaxing and it made my scalp tingle. If not for the dang TSA - i would've taken some with me. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the cost was about double what I normally pay but if I am honest, Traci spent twice as long with a cut, wash and trim as my local guy. I am going to reserve final judgement until I see how it looks as it grows out.
