  • Candide Café was a nice getaway when it started raining. It's a very bright café and has a warm environment. You can do work, chat with friends, or just people watch. There's plenty of tables or a little bar if you're a solo visitor but there's plenty of tables as well. The staff was friendly and are happy to speak English or French. I ordered a Caramel Mike. The small is quite large actually. It was enjoyable. I had a double chocolate cookie to boot which was decent. It's a great atmosphere! Highly recommend on the Montréal coffee scene!
