  • I echo what one reviewer said about the receptionist. She made me not want to use this company. I told her I was out of town and couldn't get there until 3pm but she was very precise that the time frame had to be 1-4 and if it was after 4pm they would go into their costly weekend rates. She was also very precise about what the service call would cost me within 30 minutes and how much it would increase in increments after that! I'm sure she was just saying what she was told to say but, geesh, she scared me away from using this company!
