  • Best customer service experience I've ever had. Dani Gonzalez is an outstanding employee and a huge asset to your company! Seriously. She provided a great customer experience for me. I came in with a pretty complicated situation and I was prepared to spend a painful 3 hours sorting it out. She was extremely helpful and had a very bright and warm personality. We got a very complicated problem solved in a surprisingly short period of time and she made it a breeze. Thank you for your help today Dani. I'm glad to have switched over from AT&T- my first experience with Verizon was a great one.
