  • I randomly went into this horrible horrible salon! DO NOT GO HERE! Randy did my nails and was now but did a horrible job! He didn't know what matte polish was or coffin. I kept showing him what coffin meant and finally he kind of got it. He refused to cut my cuticles bc he said he doesn't do that. He said he only uses the drill for cuticles! After I specify asked for my cuticles cut when I sat down. My cuticles are still white and flakey looking. It ended up being a bit so good job but was going to deal with it. I even tipped him. By the time I got into my car my nails bubbled up. I never had this happen with gel ! I went right back in and the owner LOAN said he left an wouldn't give me money back! I had to pick my son up from school so I couldn't wait but she gave me no option so I had to get my sitter to get him just so I can fix my nails!! She had a attitude and was annoyed but it's not my fault you have people who don't know how to do nails working at your salon! It's your Busines handle it! Loan told me we only had a 10min before she closed and was rude! She said she couldn't find the same color and had ME looking around the salon for it ! So I had to pick another color. She kept trying to convince me to use glitter bc she was lazy and just wanted to pile glitter on top to cover it up ! Then, she refiled and makes the shape like a old square grandma shape ! They looked even worse! I was so annoyed at the waste of time and money spent ! She didn't care less .. she was just rushing me out.. she kept asking I I could come tomorrow and I told her no never again in my life!! Even 4 of my friends asked me what the hell happened to my nails ! They asked me if I requested a Easter egg press on grandma style !! Horrible salon horrible service and horrible nails !! Now I have to spend more money to redo them !! BEWARE!!!
