  • I don't know where to begin, everything about D & R was above and beyond any jeweler I've ever experienced. Dave's knowledge and customer service is unmatched. That being said here's my story..... I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a ring for Christmas. He took me in without an appointment on the Saturday afternoon before Christmas. He spent over 2 hours educating and guiding me to the perfect ring for my soon to be fiancée. Not only did the ring look perfect when he finished it, the quality of the diamond was incredible! He got the size just right without me knowing hers exactly. He had the diamond there in stock but had to order the setting we decided on. With the short amount of time given I was nervous, 4 days before Christmas with one of those being a Sunday. Dave had it put together, and ready Monday afternoon! On top of everything he gave me a great deal. I had shopped 20-25 other jewelers and every website I could find before discovering D & R on Yelp. I'm absolutely glad I did, and from my Fiancée's reaction, she was too.
