  • I went here based on all the great yelp reviews. Wow was I disappointed!! The salon is pretty, the front desk girl was very sweet and cheerful. And that's where the good vibes ended. I have never had a pedicure last only 22 minutes. I requested the basic pedi and added the callous remover service. The guy (name unknown) was chatty but acted like he was in a race. The salon was not busy at all either. He made several derogatory statements about my feet (which are not gnarly and are actually cute!). The callous service was a joke. He put the cream on, brushed lightly with a yellow Sponge and was done. The girl next to me also got the callous service but they were using the big grater thing on her feet which is what I've always had done at other places. He rushed through the entire process. He didn't clean up my cuticles and painted my nails so haphazardly that there was purple polish on my skin on several toes. It was obvious he was more interested in getting back to his music (was wearing his earbuds) and his tablet than in doing his job. I complained to the front desk girl and she apologized but did not offer a discount or to fix the nails. There are enough other great salons in the area that have employees who take pride in their work. It's a shame this isn't one of them.
