It really depends on who is working that day. I've had good experiences but the bad experiences always stick with me. I used to frequent this starbucks often when I worked in the plaza. Never really had a problem with them, went in go my coffee and came out.
There were times when my manager would get us coffee and the order was completely wrong. We ordered one ice coffee no sugar no milk. One regular vanilla ice coffee. One chai tea. The only thing on that order that was correct was the chai tea. They managed to make an ice coffee with no milk with sugar. One vanilla ice coffee no milk no sugar. We still drank it cause we were thirsty and cranky at work.
Another indicant happened when I walked over to get coffee for everyone and had to make change for my personal self. (Couldn't make change at work cause we had none-retail problems)/ Note I was making change for myself, not for the company. I ordered and paid with my Starbucks card to get the whole points thing. I asked if I could make change, and the cashier said oh I can't open the till if you don't pay cash I'll ask a manager. Fine not a problem I get it. the manager comes over and she already looked annoyed. Wondering why I don't just pay cash for the item, well I'm not getting my holy points from cash now, am I? She looked at me and saw I was in uniform and rudely said: "you know we are not a bank right?" She didn't even ask if the change was for the company or me just assumed the worst. Never once smiled. Girl needed to take her attitude several notches down.
Depending on who is working that day and what side of the best they decided to wake up on, you will either enjoy this location or want to write a passive aggressive review like I am.
On the times that I did enjoy it, I will admit they are fast at serving you the orders. As clean as the place will get. The washrooms are a hit or miss though because they share it with the customers at chapters.
