I have not had any interaction with Nate Atkins, so it would not be fair to state his service was not good however, I did have numerous issues with the receptionists Megan & Audrey. One incident where the auto payment came out of my account when I called in ample time for them not to debit my account which threw my account into a tail spin. When I called the office, no one wanted to take responsibility for this error which costs me time and money. Megan placed my call on hold for an extended period of time and did not apologize for the long wait advising me that she had 'other customers' to attend to on other lines. (This telephone operator/receptionist obviously had issues with multi-tasking) I recently spoke with both Megan & Audrey regarding a $95.00 bill I received that demanded immediate payment for adding a family member onto my account without my permission to inflate my monthly bill. (My monthly bill was approx. $43.00 prior to this fiasco)This family member no longer lives in my residence. I called Nate Atkin's office to ask for an explanation and I was advised by Megan that she needed to call the billing office. I did not appreciate her tone, so I called back and requested the number to the billing office. I called the billing office and they advised me that they needed to call Nate Atkin's office! After a comedy of errors, Audrey called & left a message that my family member will be removed from the account however, was vague about the monthly billing. Our interaction did not go well as Audrey proceeded to talk over me and call my name out repeatedly. This negative interaction went back and forth for a few minutes. I am a professional, with a Master's degree in business and have never encountered this type of issue before. Just be careful when dealing with the 'help' due to the fact that my interactions have become very unprofessional with this particular office. I am in the process of changing offices, as the interaction I had with these individuals is no reflection on State Farm as a whole.
