  • Horrible and manipulative!!! I was referred here by my son's dentist and went for a consultation. Everything seemed really nice and we were going to start treatment when I heard that several previous patients had received bad service so I cancelled the appointments to start looking for another orthodontist. I then realized that the price I was quoted was $1000 less than what they were going to charge me and they had planned on doing procedures that we had never discussed. When I told them I wasn't going to have them be his orthodontist they charged me for services he never received and sent it to a collection company.
