  • I just got home from a weekend in NYC and I was so excited to arrive home to a clean home. I had dreams about it I was so excited. Unfortunately, I arrived home to a disappointment. The toilet bowl wasn't touched at all. They wiped down the seat and back of the toilet but the bowl itself is still dirty. The counters around the bathroom sink are not clean. And it doesn't appear as though my shower walls were cleaned at all. The 3 small shelves beside my bed weren't touched. My tv shelf was still dusty. If they vacuumed the sofa it wasn't done well; there are still crumbs on it. The two stools in my kitchen are still dusty. The backsplash in the kitchen is still dirty. I asked for the fridge to be cleaned and it wasn't even touched. For what was supposed to be a thorough clean I am really disappointed. It looks like they wiped down some surfaces, cleaned my sink and did a light mop and sweep and that's about it. For $70 I really feel ripped off. Appreciate the effort but I will not be using their surface again.
