  • AMAZING! Food came out very quickly and was very fresh. I had the curry stir fry with squid and it was spectacular. Squid can get a little rubbery if prepared incorrectly and this was NOT the case- it was soft and perfect. My friend had one of the vermicelli dishes and she also enjoyed it (and so did I when I stole a few bites). I will definitely be remembering Saigon and return.
