  • Had Phoenix carpet out about 3 years ago to stretch carpet in a couple of areas they did a good job and gave me a two year warranty. After about 2 1/2 years or so the wrinkles started to come back up so I called to ask them about it and they sent the owner out to take a look and he looked at it and said even though it was out of warranty I will still take care of it.so I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and stretch the carpet in the master bedroom as well and clean carpet in 3 rooms. The technician they sent out Danny did an awesome job very friendly and knowledgeable. Everybody I dealt with from the people answering the phones to the owner to the technician were awesome I would highly recommend this company.
