  • Brought my Jeep here and opted for the Works wash and clean. Was pushed for a detail but honestly it just needs a bath and wipe down. Done in less than 15 minutes....but it showed. Shoe scuffs still on the back of the front seats. Dust on door sills and seats where they hadn't been touched. Apparently hosing off plastic floor mats constitutes "detailing" as does wiping down the interior or getting the windows clean. I actually grabbed a few rags and did it myself in about 3 extra minutes. For $20 I expect at least what I could accomplish in 60 minutes on my own- a well washed car from a car wash. Interestingly I am willing to give three stars which brings up the average. To the owners: time to actually give a damn about quality and the importance of return business.
