This body shop was recommended by the Service Department at Hyatt Mercedes. I visited them for a quote to repair some minor damage on my 2012 ML 350. The quote was competitive and based on the recommendation of my dealer I decided to have them do the repair.
I stopped in a couple weeks later to initiate the repair but no-one was in the reception area and I could not find anyone to talk to. After waiting 15 minutes for some service I left.
I then scanned and emailed my information to the email address on my quote, but the email kept bouncing back
I called the company and the girl told them had troubles with that email address and gave me another one to try. My subsequent email to that address did go through.
I called back to confirm that they received the email and inquired as to what happens next. She advised that the information would be reviewed and I would be called back to book a date to drop the vehicle off. That was about a month ago and to date no-one has called me back. I have since had the damage repaired at Distinctive Auto works for a similar cost.
I have no idea as to the quality of their work as they have shown an appalling lack of customer service and did not seem to want me as a customer
