  • In this rundown part of town, in this rundown plaza you will find this gem. I kid you not when I confess that these are probably the best patties I have ever had in Toronto. Forget Tastee's, Geroge's...or whatever patty shops you've been to. This is the ONLY place that does patty righteousness. I am no patty connoisseur and I probably don't know what an authentic patty should be like but I would say 90% of the patties I have had in Toronto tastes like frozen patties that have been sitting under the heat lamp for the past 2 and a half weeks. The patties here are moist, juicy (yes, this is a bold claim but it's true), tender and flaky. So go ahead, knock back at least 3 of these, they are less than a buck each. This place closes early (6pm?) so visit early and visit often.
