  • Hi everyone, All I can say is that my experience was very unpleasant, unprofessional., rude, arrogant and poor workmanship. I brought the one boot in as an example and one boot to get repaired. A simple procedure which would of included some glue, on a rubber sole of a heel. In stead he choose to remove the soles of booth boots, only to replace them with ill fitted ones and then proceeded to uses nails on a delicate heel. It was like a train just flying off the rails and I could not stop it. When I asked him why he ruined my boots, he shrugged his shoulders and said 'maybe I made a mistake'. I was floored and he refused to give me back my $25.00 cash that I paid him when I dropped off the boots. Needless to say, save your shoes and money.
