It took my daughter 9 months to be brave enough to get her ears pierced. Last night, she finally was ready only to have the Claire's at the Outlets at Anthem 4250 W Anthem Way, Anthem, AZ 85086 mess her piercings up. The left ear pierce is noticeably higher than the right ear pierce. When we showed the manager she said "it's not that bad". My daughter has been crying ever since because it is extremely noticeable and she is embarrassed. When we called today they said to pull the one that was off out and let it grow back and they will re-pierce for free. We asked about them refunding the cost of the original and they said we don't do that but we will pierce it again for free. Really? That's how you will compensate my daughter's pride is not charging for the piercing you will need to do to make it even? Maybe it would have been done correctly if the young girl who was doing it wasn't also talking to a boy who walked in while she was trying to do the piercing. Here's a pic showing how badly she missed the mark on her ear. So very disappointed, not so much in the mistake, but in how you have handled the mistake. You put a hole in her body that will be there for the rest of her life and we get a free piercing?
