I came here for a business dinner and I would have to say, the service here was great. Yes, they are masters in the art of up selling but what do you expect from a restaurant like this.
Very modern in appearance but yet seemingly sophisticated. The sommelier was very helpful in picking wine and actually recommended one of the less expensive ones for our table.
The food was OK. Appetizers we had beef tongue, asparagus and carpaccio. Everything was OK. One guest at our table really liked the tongue. The asparagus was a little bland and the carpaccio was good according to everyone else. I did not care for it.
I ordered the bone-in ribeye. It was a good cut of meat but I felt it was a little bland as well - - Hence the 3 star rating for a steak house. I have had better steak at other places. Another guest got the butter poached lobster which was actually pretty good. Waygu beef was ordered at our table and he said that it was excellent. So the reviews were mixed at our table with everyone getting something different.
All in all a decent but not overly awesome steak place in Vegas. The prices are steep but what else do you expect? It's worth a try but be prepared to spend some of your gambling money if you go here.
