  • Our Dyson was not swiveling smoothly and we weren't getting good suction when using the attachments. They have great signage so you can find their service center! I was greeted immediately when I entered and I explained my two problems. The gentleman asked if I could wait while he worked on our vacuum. Within 10 minutes he came back out, explained what he did to get it working again as it should and how I still had plenty of warranty left on the vacuum. Thank you for great customer service!
