  • Delmonico is owned by Emeril, I think. I would not bet my life on that, but I am pretty sure it is. No matter, it is some the best steak you will ever have in your life. If you are there for a special occasion let them know in advance. Maybe they will give you a yummy desert. They have a gumbo that is just so wonderful, it is hard to describe, it it thick, but not so thick you are so full you can't eat anything else. All of the steaks are the best and cooked to perfection. Know, that if you order it rare, that is what you will get. They know exactly how to make a steak. All of the appetizers are great. The wine list is over priced, like most of Las Vegas, so have it if you must, but maybe just a drink is better. The deserts are so tasty. You will love Delmonico's and you want to return. Enjoy.
