I am very dissatisfied with the lack of follow up Amey promised but did not deliver. She was helpful during the consultation, but left and said I could call or text with questions anytime. I texted her a week later and got no response. After submitting my paperwork to insurance, my claim was denied because Amey incorrectly put "2015" instead of "2016" for my date of service. Insurance directed me to have Amey call them directly as the provider to make the correction. I called Amey, and it took her 5 days to get back to me. She asked that I text her the info, which I did immediately. I have followed up with her 3 times to see if she called my insurance provider and had any issues and she has not responded to any of the messages. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service.
