  • Think for a second of your idea of the worst Event Planning company possible. That, my friends, is probably very similar to Ragin' Upton Party Charters. Disorganized, rude staff, rip off. If Yelp had 0 stars they would absolutely get a 0. I literally have nothing good to say about them. Look elsewhere for event planning needs.
