I had my tragus pierced here a few months ago. Admittedly it was an impulse and I didn't do much research. The staff was fine (professional enough) but my ear bled so much and I was told it must be that medication I was on thinned my blood. I felt uncomfortable about it, but my tragus seemed to heal fine. The piercer was semi-creepy and really pushed his social media and keeping in touch. Too much.
Today I went elsewhere in town (a MUCH higher rated shop) to have the post changed out. It turns out my original piercing is at a bad angle, and my ear bled when they tried to change the post. This is not normal, especially after 3 months. The original piercing is too close to my cheek and now a regular post isn't long enough to accommodate. I was kindly recommended to let it heal and return for a new piercing in a few weeks.
Overall this experience was very poor and I lost about $65. I assumed the excessive bleeding and pain was normal but obviously not. I should have done more research and I hope this helps you.
