Reading all these great reviews about Dr Baxter makes me sad. My first impression walking in was the lady at the front desk eating sunflower seeds & on her phone. I came in excited to see someone since I was in so much pain from work. So upon check in for my appt she hands me papers to fill out. Doesn't ask for ID or insurance cards like any normal Dr office would. Instead, she proceeds on her phone & eating her sunflower seeds. After 30 mins of filling out paperwork I hand her my Id, insurance cards & everything I filled out. She spits out the seeds in her hands, grabs my papers & looks at my cards to tell me my insurance isn't taken there. I told her that my Husband was there not too long ago & insurance was taken for him. Mind you, she couldn't properly pronounce teamsters, which makes me wonder if she even knew anything about insurance. This all could've been avoided if she took a moment away from her sunflower seed break & did her job. Long story short, I ended ripping my papers & walking out.
