  • Horrible customer service. 20 minutes to get our drinks, stood there waiting. Tried to get employees attention, 3 of them ran to the back room and hid. Waited a bit longer, assumed they were figuring something out. No one came out from the back, tracked down manager. At this point, was late for movie and just wanted a refund. Manager was condescending and offered no solution. I realize it's just drinks, however when you're forced to purchase from the theatre, and the price is 3x what you'd pay any where else, a tiny bit of service and promptness is necessary. I'll be heading to country hills for my movie going from now on.
