  • This place is absolutely disgusting if I can give it 0 stars I would. First, "Erika" the "general manager" was terrible. You could tell she doesn't care about her job. Her customer service sucked and was rude to everyone who spoke to her. She was also arguing with the other lady that was working the service desk, at least the other lady was a little more respectful. The rooms were nasty! My cousins room was horrible! There was food splatter on the walls..sheets were dirty..even the lights barley worked! I have no idea how this place is still able to rent out room. Even when I tried to relax and watch some tv I couldn't! There wasn't even a tv remote in my room and I had two TVs! It was a joke! The bath tub was full of dirt! And I even found a bugs in my bed! Seriously, no joke, this place needs to be shut down.. I was even scared for the continental breakfast, I didn't want to eat anything that could get me sick! I wish I took more pics of this place but I literally couldn't even fathom being in this place more than a night...
