  • Called in to see if they had any appointments available on the same day, which they did. I was booked in with Olga. I came a bit early, but Olga was able to take me in right away. She's very friendly and outgoing, pretty funny as well! She asked how I wanted my hair to look like and I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted (long bob). Knowing how terrible my last bob went...I was very nervous, but Olga reassured me and explained to me in detail before cutting what she was going to do. She first washed my hair and offered a hair treatment, which I agreed on considering how dry my hair was. The scalp massage during the wash was amazing, and I'm glad I agreed on the hair treatment because my hair is amazingly softer now, which I love! After the wash, she led me to the chair and the cutting process began...I guess she could tell how nervous I was because I was so quiet, but she kept reassuring me that it will turn out good and how amazing it looked from the back. It's funny cause what made the smile the most and calm down was how outgoing and fun she was! I guess she loved the music playing in the background because she kept singing along and dancing haha. Anyway, once the cut was done, she showed it to me in different angles with the mirror and even took pictures so I can see. She then blow dried my hair and straightened it with the hair straightener. Honestly, I am so in love with my hair! I can't thank Olga enough. I am definitely going to be coming back since I found my saving grace for hair in my area. I paid a total of $102 + tip. Looking forward to coming back for my next appointment with her!
