  • This place is absolute 1st Class all the way. PERIOD !!!!! A couple of years ago I was there with my son and unfortunately my car broke down late at the end of the day at approx 6:30 pm. We were stranded and not to mention it was still 114 degrees outside. I called and spoke to Rich and fortunately he was still there and told me not to worry. He had a town truck to me and my son in less than 30 minutes. They took my car and even dropped us off to our hotel. AWESOME !!! The next morning Rich called me to explain what happened and then to my surprise, he went 3 steps further and actually e-mailed me all the pictures showing the detailed issues. Who does that these days??? No one that I know of. They went out of their way to get my car fixed quickly and properly and back on the road for a safe and worry free drive home to CA. Since then I have had them do further work to my cars and they always work with me to accommodate my schedule. I trust these guys beyond belief and Rich and the entire team are amazing and know their stuff inside and out. Where else do you find technicians with 30 and 40+ years of Ferrari experience and knowledge. There is no shortage of customer service here at all. They are ALL true car guys and really love what they do and it shows. As for the showroom, I have recently enjoyed the brand new 1 out of 499 made La Ferrari, The New FF, Some Enzos, F12, 458 Speciales, 458 Spiders, coupes, 43's, 360's, 355's, the list of Eye candy goes on and on. Well worth the $ 10 Thank You Team WYNN Service Department !!!
