Was alright. I think places like the Melting Pot are more about the experience than the food itself. Which makes sense, you always hear of people taking their wives/husbands, dates, here. Definitely not a casual place where you hit up every Friday, though I wouldn't be surprised if that market of consumers existed too.
So we ordered four different land meats and/or seafood items. They were alright. The reliance on dipping sauces to make the food taste good is a little unsettling but a classic hallmark of American cooking it seems.
