  • I lived there for 10 months and broke my lease paid an astronomical 2 months rent penalty because I hated living there. Reasons to avoid: very noise. The marketplace is very loud with multiple dumptrucks running at all hrs of the night and morning. Parking is a nightmare. There have been multiple bikes stolen from there gates secured area and an apt break in in my floor. Cost. I ended up buying a 4 bedroom house in scottsdale and my mortgage is less than my previous rent for my 900 Sq ft 2bedroom apt. I love dogs and there is dog poop everywhere cause people don't pick up after their dog. There is a pack of coyotes next to the complex that are aggressive and attacked my dogs. They have other issues which I will keep to myself since I did like the assistant building manager and personal for another Tenet They are def profit and money driven since I tried to negotiate the break fee and they didn't even really listen and just cited it's the law. I know it's not because I had my lawyer go over it. The cost of fighting it is not worth it in the end. They get my two months of rent and the new persons rent as well = charlatans Bottom line: not worth it. They want your money and most other renters I spoke to disliked the place and only rented for one year.
