Dr. Raymond Theodosis is Amazing! I had one quick appointment with him and learned a lot more than I had all my trips in here. Unfortunately, the staff is not so caring. To them, their daily lives are routine..to me, being a 38 healthy female just founding out that I have glaucoma and could possibly lose my vision with any episode.. is not so routine. I called the office a couple times with questions about my episodes and if I needed to be seen. They rudely react by saying "you cant be seen until your surgery date"- (end of july).. (made appointment june 1st, that's how backed up they are. I felt like a burden when I would call even though I was having vision issues. So, I decided to leave shepherd eye and seek another eye institute. I couldn't be happier. The dr. saw me right away and agreed that I need the surgery sooner due to my intermittent episodes. My laser surgery is tomorrow. I am so thankful to Dr Theodosis for initially discovering my glaucoma and referring me to Dr Eisenberg but the staff horribly unfriendly, unhelpful, just plain mean and the unavailability to the needs of patients have made me seek elsewhere. And I am so glad I did. My dr now let me cry to him about the issues Ive been dealing with and to hear the words.."your surgery is in 2 days, we will take care of you!" ah so relieved.
