  • So many good memories at this place. Harkins Camelview is one of the few places in the Phoenix area to catch the latest independent film releases. Other than the film selections and a certain level of nostalgia, this theater is honestly like most other movie theaters. It is smaller than your average theater and the viewing experience always feels a little more intimate, which is nice, but other than that they serve popcorn and candy and you watch a movie on a large screen. I wish I had more to say about this place where I've seen some truly great films and some other more bizarre ones, but there not too much else to report. I will say that it's a great date spot, especially if you're trying to impress someone with your more erudite cinematic tastes.
