I bought a shirt at bonobos as a gift. Whatever you buy at the store is shipped to you; you don't walk out of the store with it. The guys is ALWAYS a trim medium. But the shirt was too small. Okay, odd but it happens. I went on line to try to return it...what a major hassle! Every option essentially pushes me to return to a local store. Which might be okay, but the store has no merchandized - only display items. Why is website sending to a store for a return? Walk through this with me. I drive 40 minutes to the nearest store so I can return a shirt and buy a new one which will be shipped to me. OR I can do it all from my computer in 10 minutes. They make option B very difficult. I would recommend finding companies that make it easier to get what you want.
