  • I already love Indian food and had been wanting to try this place since it was announced. Especially since it started in my hometown of Knoxville, TN (a decade after I left). I first thought the food was excellent. I had never had Kale Pakora, or any Pakora, and I could have plopped down and just finished off the tray. The Okra fries were really good, especially with the mint sauce, and the Tanduri wings are just another delicious flavor offering to consider when I'm craving wings in Charlotte. I ended up ordering Chicken Samosas with my meal and found them incredible. I've only ever had veggie ones. I really like their well intentioned approach to making Indian food approachable. As much as I like it, it is really intimidating going into order at Indian restaurant, especially if I want to try something new. I love the concept and the food and will definitely be back. With Yafo, Sabor and now Tandur, I should just rent a condo above Earth Fair and NEVER have to leave the parking lot for dinner options.
