  • Is it Dollar or Canadians? We've rented our share of cars over the years, this was our best experience EVER. No wait when we arrived. The guy at the counter was very nice. Upgrade was given without asking. No hard sells or nickel and diming. It would have been nice for someone to review the car's controls, but the owner's manual was in the glovebox to answer any questions. Car was clean and in good shape, no odors. I did photograph the license plate and the minor scratches (gotta love the digital age) for my own protection. Return/dropoff was quick and easy. Almost no interaction with the guy who checked us in, but he seemed nice enough.
