  • Today I had the worst experience ever from this hotel. Today in Valentine's Day group of my friends and I were kicked out by jaylin. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. He was so rude to us and said he was calling the cops to get us kicked out. We haven't even done anything we just asked if we can have the fire place on outside and he Answered us with a no right away being all rude. I need a member of management to contact me as soon as possible because I'm really hurt. I expected great service from being here but from the reviews from other people all complaining about this guy I was shocked. Please someone I really need to talk to a corporate manager and ask them if they can replace this rude front desk associate. Thank you
