  • Was excited to have spa day for our birthday trip to Vegas. Staff is not well trained. Standing around gossiping does not make for a tranquil environment. My card was flagged for fraud. The staff interrupted my spa experience by coming to ask for my card three different times. Then after going to my room the staff interrupted both of my sisters during their relaxation to tell them about my card. No privacy! I had to come down from my room. Manager was inexperienced and blamed me for my card. My suggestion would be to wait until the end of the customers relaxation time and then fix all card issues before they left. High prices for such an ineperienced staff .
