  • We just purchased a new home a few months ago, and the sellers were kind enough to leave us with some disgusting, smelly dog urine stains. Smelled terrible, and it was in a pretty large area that we made worse by using our home steam cleaner, which only spread it around. We called chem-dry and had them use their PURT treatment. Carpet now looks new, and it got rid of 90% of the smell. The techs that came were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and are coming back to re-treat the area (at no extra cost - since we called back within in 30 days which is what they instructed us to do, if we still had an odor). Would highly recommend, and would use again in a heartbeat!
