  • These guys are con artists. I had bees and because I have a young son in the house I wanted the bees gone. Unfortunately, I didn't check yelp because I was in a rush to just get the bees out. They tech comes out. I felt badly for a tech coming out at 8:30 p.m. and it was almost dark. I got a light for him, let him use my ladder. Thought everything was good. He treated an area and I asked if there was a hive he said no. I will treat it like there is one and it comes with a 30 day warranty. I paid the higher price for the peace of mind that if they came back the company would come out again. Well, the bees were back in 5 days. I called up and let them know. I got a call back and was told they would charge me again because the swarm was on the other side of the garage. The warranty was only for the area they treated. Keep in mind it was on the right side of my garage. The new swarm was on the same garage just the other side. Well, I call another company they came out within an hour and got rid of the swarm. I ask the tech from other company if this was the same problem. He said yes its not that far away from the other treated area and the bees will keep looking for a new place to make a hive. He gave me a discounted rate because I told him what happened and the company. He has been to many other jobs cleaning up what desert sky/Valley Pro Pest Control can't. Also the tech that came out was a junkie and had no manners towards the end of the job and was cussing and swearing. On the call back, he threatened and cursed at me and hung up. This company has NO INTEGRITY AND WONT HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY! If another bee company said it was the same problem and even tried to help me get a refund with VISA then this company preys on people to make a quick buck and then doesn't honor its own warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ALSO GO BY VALLEY PRO PEST CONTROL! BEWARE! Also they pick up the first time or return your call for initial/new customers. If you have a problem or warranty issue they won't pick up again or just hang up.
