  • Known for their Customer service? YEAHHH RIGHT! I bought my Honda Civic 2002 EX from here back in July 2010. Since then I've had a plethora of problems: After 1 Month: 1) Check Engine light always goes on and had to pay for: +New Spark Plugs +New Timing Belt After 3 Months 2) Battery died in friend's driveway, then: -Had to call 5 of my classmates to push car out of driveway. -Called AAA to come jump start my car -Drove to nearest auto shop and bought new battery Currently: 3) Had to add power steering fluid 2x in the last 7 months I even went to the Honda dealer after 3-4 months expressing my concerns. Car issues ignored and they asked if I wanted to trade it in. Eventually, they did look at my car and then listed many issues like a Fuel Leak (When I had just took it to AAA earlier that day and they didn't diagnosis my car with that, but rather other issues.) I poured a TON of money into this car. I feel like because I'm a girl they do whatever they can to take advantage of that fact. Do not trust them. They are vultures after 1 thing only: YOUR MONEY. As a college student, it really hurts my wallet. Go somewhere else.
